The included ULAC Velcro strap lets you attach the lock anywhere on your frame or seatpost, or just fold it up and stash it in your backpack. The 100cm (39.3in) length provides enough flexibility for locking to racks, railings, or posts, while the resettable 4-digit combo lock offers up to 10,000 combinations for key-free convenience.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most deliveries within Australia take 3–7 business days.
Can I return a bike if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for bikes and other products, provided they are in unused condition with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?
