Shipping within Western Australia 

• For any address within WA, a flat shipping fee of $20applies per order.

• We do not ship to other Australian states or internationally.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (allow extra time during peak periods or public holidays).

In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

• Free pickup is available at both Giant Osborne Park and Giant Morley. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
