Local Delivery (within 25 km)

We offer free local delivery on orders over $500 within a 25 km radius of Giant Osborne Park.

Orders under $500 will incur a delivery fee. Delivery charges are determined based on the order size, and delivery requirements.

Shipping within Western Australia

For orders being delivered within Western Australia outside our 25 km local delivery area, flat rate shipping fee's will apply.

Orders under $500 will also incur flat rate shipping fee's regardless of location within Western Australia.

We currently do not offer shipping to other Australian states or internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, sales events, or public holidays.

In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Free Click & Collect is available from Giant Osborne Park. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email where applicable.
