Local Delivery (within 25 km)

FREE local delivery on all orders delivered to an address within a 25 km radius of either Giant Osborne Park.

Shipping within Western Australia (beyond 25 km)

For any address outside the 25 km free-delivery zone but still within WA, a flat shipping fee applies per order.
We do not ship to other Australian states or internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (allow extra time during peak periods or public holidays).

In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Free pickup is available at both Giant Osborne Park. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
